Abstract

Market conditions of management necessitate regular assessment of the competitiveness of the enterprise and the analysis of its defining indicators, but a single well-established methodology for such an assessment in modern conditions is not available. The study shows the implementation of a combined approach (based on the concepts of commercial activity, «4P» and the concept of M. porter) to assess the competitiveness of a commercial organization that sells agrochemical products.
