O Método Hermenêutico-Dialético aplicado às Ciências Sociais: uma análise sobre sua utilização para o estudo do tráfico de drogas

Abstract

The objective of this study was to demonstrate the applicability of the hermeneutic-dialectical method as a way of interpreting and analyzing the complexity inherent in the social, political, economic and territorial phenomenon known as drug trafficking. To do so, Perfez a brief discussion about the most common methods in the study of the subject and its respective limitations. He also explained the main lines and procedures relating to the hermeneutic-dialectical method. Finally, it demonstrated how the method in question can represent, for its attitude of valuing language (without forget variables that influence it in the context of time-space), not only a coherent procedure for the treatment of complex issues in the social sciences (with focus on drug trafficking), but also a epistemological stance that provides a reflection of the study’s postulates and the scientific posture of its authors.
