Abstract

This research aims to determine the importance of the best service for customers in maintaining company continuity.The best service for customers is the main thing that must be maintained and even improved, becaused the services provided provide a distinctive impression for customers who will definitely influence their decision to buy or not buy a particular company’s product or service. This reseach methode is done descriptively direct survey in community groups, library studies and literature. The results of this study prove that the best service for customers is able to guarantee the continuity of the company.
