This research was conducted on 52 students, the research method used was quantitative to determine student perceptions of the e-learning process in developing 21st-century competencies. Abstract

This study aims to determine the e-learning evaluation of students to support the development of 21st_century learning skills. Several indicators are expected in developing learning management competencies, including Critical Thinking, Creativity, Collaboration, Communication, Information Literacy, Media Literacy, Technology Literacy, Flexibility, Leadership, Initiative, Productivity, Social Skills. One form of competency that is studied is the technology and information literacy competencies. The development of Information and Communication Technology has an important role in learning. This research was conducted on 52 students, the research method used was quantitative to determine student perceptions of the e-learning process in developing 21st-century competencies. From the findings in the field, it was found that significant results were found that e-learning conducted by lecturers was very relevant and can improve student literacy competencies in fulfilling 21st-century learning skills.
