Abstract

In allusion to many complex microwave structures with lumped electrical circuit elements, this paper proposes an algorithm to model lumped elements, such as resistance (R), inductance (L) and capacitance(C). It can be used to specify any combination of parallel-connected or serial-connected lumped RLC elements on surfaces in terms of circuit definition. And the lumped port is selected to excite the circuit structure. The numerical results are presented and compared with HFSS to verify the numerical solution and illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.
