This concept combines elements of adaptation, automation, monitoring, and optimization based on modern information, telecommunications, and Internet technologies. The purpose of this work is to consider various aspects of the possible implementation of the Smart Grid intelligent energy network. The article examines the advantages of the intelligent energy grid over the traditional energy system, identifies the reasons that slow down the development of the intelligent energy grid system in the regions of Ukraine and constitute a high level of risk. Abstract
