Abstract

Based on the launch site ground equipment in mission important guarantee function and high reliability requirements, in order to better solve the equipment failure regularity of distribution with time, the reliability calculation problems when general data for small sample equipment, puts forward the poisson distribution approximately transform the binomial distribution, optimized the launch site equipment under the condition of small sample and operation without failure, The method of reliability calculation based on objective data provides data support for further study of probabilistic safety analysis of ground system in space launch site.
基于发射场小样本设备一般数据的可靠性计算方法
针对发射场地面设备在任务中的重要保障功能和高可靠性要求,为了更好地解决设备故障随时间分布规律、可靠性计算问题,当一般数据为小样本设备时,提出将泊松分布近似转化为二项分布,优化了发射场设备在小样本条件下无故障运行。基于客观数据的可靠性计算方法为进一步开展航天发射场地面系统概率安全分析提供了数据支持。
