Different reports, score charts and indexes are being published by the government of India in the recent years. The present paper has empirically explored some of the relationship regarding educational developmental initiatives by states with the human capital and SDG4. For that purpose only two recent years data found on which basic correlation, regression and ‘t’ test are done. Abstract
