The object in this study is Uniqlo Co., Ltd. The type of data were documentary data with secondary data sources and the analysis method were content analysis. The result show that: 1) The level and quality of disclosure of Uniqlo’s CSR during the COVID-19 pandemic decreased compared to before the COVID-19 pandemic, 2) There is a change in the focus of Uniqlo's corporate social responsibility during the COVID-19 pandemic. Abstract

本研究旨在分析:1)基于GRI 2021标准,优衣库公司2016-2021年度企业社会责任(CSR)披露的水平和质量;2)优衣库公司在新冠疫情前和疫情期间企业社会责任重点变化的差异。本研究采用优衣库公司2016-2021年可持续发展报告,采用定性研究和分析内容法。本研究的对象为优衣库有限公司。资料类型为文献资料,辅助资料来源,分析方法为内容分析。结果表明:1)新冠疫情期间优衣库企业社会责任的披露水平和质量较疫情前有所下降;2)新冠疫情期间优衣库企业社会责任的重点发生变化。优衣库将企业社会责任的重点从环境(300)转移到重大的间接经济影响(203-2)以及预防和减轻与业务关系直接相关的职业健康和安全影响(403-7)。
