The circuit amplifies heart sounds picked up by the stethoscope head, and includes a band-pass filter to remove background noise. The supporting APP can record, replay, visualize, and upload the heart sounds. Abstract
In this paper, an electronic stethoscope for heart diseases based on micro-electro-mechanical-system microphone is developed. It consists of a stethoscope head, an electronic circuit, and an APP based on Android system.
