Abstract

Fountain codes witnessed great attention since the earlier attempts of J. W. Byers and his colleagues. These codes performed with high efficiency in the erasure channels where the packet lost problem exist. The construction of the coded symbols is mainly influenced by the design of the degree generation which on the other hand plays a significant role in recovering of the information packets.
