This optimization strategy breaks the traditional college English teaching mode in China, and introduces 5G technology and artificial intelligence technology, which greatly improves the intelligence of English classroom in colleges and universities. At the same time, the optimization strategy can also make 5G technology and artificial intelligence technology skillfully combine, which can improve the quality of English teaching in colleges and universities from many aspects, and comprehensively and systematically realize the teaching concept of \"teach students according to their aptitude\". Abstract
