Design and Implementation of Sonar Display Software Based on Serial Communication

Abstract

The sonar display software based on serial communication is suitable for single beam mechanical scanning imaging sonar. The upper computer display software is developed by using Microsoft Visual Studio 2019 development platform, and is completed by using c# programming language under windows based on c#. net framework. The serial communication protocol is adopted for the communication between the lower computer and the upper computer of single beam mechanical scanning imaging sonar. The upper computer can receive sonar scanning data and provide sonar operation parameter setting and query functions. Sonar has realized localization from communication protocol, data transmission, data processing to image processing and standard similar international products. Finally, the received sonar scanning data is displayed.
