The proposed geometry offers a dual frequency band of 2.9-4.6 GHz and 7.1-20 GHz for reflection coefficient i.e. S11<-10 dB, while the simulated result offers 7.1 dB gain and 90 % efficiency in overall frequency band. This antenna is a composition of microstrip coupled feed, monopole loading for broadband and edge metallization. The dielectric material FR-4 (εr = 4.3) and Rogers TMM (εr = 9.2) is used for substrate and Tetrahedral DRA respectively.
