Abstract

A novel design is investigated here on Tetrahedral DRA where loaded monopole is attached with edge metal plate performed for Ultra-wide-band. The proposed geometry offers a dual frequency band of 2.9-4.6 GHz and 7.1-20 GHz for reflection coefficient i.e. S11<-10 dB, while the simulated result offers 7.1 dB gain and 90 % efficiency in overall frequency band.
