Abstract
A lumped mass model is established for the problem of the torsion vibration in the power transmission system of the electric vehicle. The natural frequencies and the mode shapes of the power transmission system are calculated and analyzed. The system parameters which are most sensitive to the natural frequencies and modes are found through the sensitivity analysis of the natural characteristics of the power transmission system, which provides a theoretical basis for the dynamic modification and the proposal of the corresponding optimization scheme.
