Study on Virtual Inventory Based on 3PL Enterprise as Coordination Center

Abstract

In order to solve the virtual inventory management and its implementation, the virtual enterprise alliance is structured according to the related theory. The profit distribution between physical warehouses is analyzed from the perspective of contribution rate and optimization rate. An example is used to indicate that, structuring the virtual alliance can realize the collaboration among 3PL enterprise, suppliers and customers in the supply chain; integrate and optimize the inventory resources to reach maximum return of logistics resources.
