Abstract

Diabetic retinopathy (DR) is a common retinal disease that occurs when fluid flow from blood vessels to retina. The eye examination and early detection of DR is the best solution to control the growth of this disease. In this paper we present a low price and compact mobile phone based result finding system for early detection of diabetic retinopathy using artificial neural network (ANN) Algorithm.
