In this paper we present a low price and compact mobile phone based result finding system for early detection of diabetic retinopathy using artificial neural network (ANN) Algorithm. The mobile phone will take the retina images with the help of condensing lens then implement detection program of ANN to make decision for the initial screening of DR. The work done is measured by examine an existing database of retina.
