Abstract

Through the mathematical modeling of the controlled tank level and pipe flow, the PID-based series control simulation model is built, and the simulation and parameter adjustment are carried out by Matlab/Simulink software, and the tank level series control system is flexibly set up by combining YB2000 advanced process control experimental device and computer monitoring system, and the feasibility of the system is verified through experiments.
