Abstract

The article brings historical and legal intersections about racism, its construction and its effects on Brazilian black swans (blacks and browns) at the time the formation of our job market, social relations and in the Covid-19 humanitarian crisis. An objective presentation, without fool sentimentality, we will show sad realities that affected and still affect the Black Brazilian people in his supposed freedom, as also exhibit racism and tragedy in the form of a perverse mutualism.
