Abstract

This paper proposes an integrated digital controller for Magnetically Suspended Rotor (MSR) based on the TMS320F28377D Digital Signal Processor (DSP), which can control both Magnetic Bearing (MB) and motor. The control models of the MBs and the motor are introduced, as well as their control laws. There are two floating CPUs in TMS320F28377D, so one of them is arranged to control the suspending motor of the rotor and the other is to drive the rotor.
