The research was carried out with the participation of 228 nurses. The data were collected using a questionnaire consisting of 25 questions, Emphatic Tendency Scale and Rahim Organizational Conflict Inventory-II. Percentage calculation, one-way analysis of variance, Kruskal–Wallis test and Mann–Whitney U test are used for evaluating the data. A statistical relationship has been found between some of the sociodemographic and occupational characteristics of the nurses and their average score in quality of working life scale and Rahim Organizational Conflict Inventory (p < 0.05). In this study, a positive, moderate relationship has been found between Emphatic Tendency Scale and Rahim Organizational Conflict Inventory, dimension of Integration (p < 0.001).
