Abstract

Non orthogonal multiple access (NOMA) grasped remarkable interest in fifth generation (5G) owing to its remarkable spectral efficiency. Less resource availability motivates researchers to find an efficient way to distribute it amongst users. While taking into account of power budget and minimum user rate (QoS) constraint, the system energy efficiency (EE) optimization problem is formulated to balance the system throughput and total power consumption.
