Abstract

The paper describes an approach to improving the efficiency of queries in the SQL language in order to optimize the time of retrieving and processing data from highly loaded DBMS. The proposed approach involves the formation of a knowledge base in the form of sets of rules that allow you to optimize the time of data retrieval from relational databases. The set of rules that increase the efficiency of processing data from the database can be divided into sets that solve the following problems: the lack of profiling, performance issues caused by combining of SQL and the algorithmic part of the task, SQL execution structure. Also, the paper presents the results of experiments on data processing of the information system of the Branch of PJSC "Il" - Aviastar.
