Wisata Air Titik 0 Jawa Tengah adalah destinasi wisata air yang lebih erat dengan menu aktivitas olahraga. Kepuasan pengunjung merupakan tujuan, terutama dari penyedia jasa Wisata Air Titik 0 Jawa Tengah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 30 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) kinerja instruktur Wisata Air Titik 0 Jawa Tengah cukup baik, (2) penerapan outbound dilakukan secara baik dengan tahapan: perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi, (3) instruktur semakin baik dalam hal kerjasama, kedisiplinan, dan tanggung jawab. Water Tourism Point 0, Central Java is a water tourism destination that is closer to a menu of sports activities. Visitor satisfaction is a goal, especially from Water Tourism service provider Point 0 Central Java. Therefore the purpose of this study is the application of physical activity outbound and brain gym in fostering the performance of the Water Tour Instructor Point 0, Central Java. The method used in this research is descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The sample used in this study amounted to 30 people. Abstract
Peran instruktur dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada pengunjung menjadi ujung tombak keberhasilan tempat wisata. Wisata Air Titik 0 Jawa Tengah adalah destinasi wisata air yang lebih erat dengan menu aktivitas olahraga. Kepuasan pengunjung merupakan tujuan, terutama dari penyedia jasa Wisata Air Titik 0 Jawa Tengah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 30 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) kinerja instruktur Wisata Air Titik 0 Jawa Tengah cukup baik, (2) penerapan outbound dilakukan secara baik dengan tahapan: perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi, (3) instruktur semakin baik dalam hal kerjasama, kedisiplinan, dan tanggung jawab.
