The possibility of using ontologically-oriented methods of description and intellectual support for the planning and organization of production processes in the context of digital transformation is considered. It is emphasized that the use of ontologically-oriented methods in building business processes allows you to create an intelligent system for managing them based on knowledge of the subject area. Thanks to such a system, it is possible to formalize and use all the accumulated experience for effective enterprise management.
