Formation of Optimal Communication Service Portfolio for Corporate Clients

Abstract

The article presents the development of information technology for developing an optimal portfolio of communication services for corporate clients. To solve the problem, an optimization model is developed, which formalizes the selection of the most accurate composition of communication services for a corporate client. The problem is solved using the method of genetic algorithms.
