Abstract
It has been shown that continuous-time orthonormal Wilson bases with good time-frequency localization can be constructed. We introduce and discuss discrete-time Wilson function sets and frames, and we show that Wilson sets and frames (potentially oversampled) can be derived from Weyl-Heisenberg sets and frames.
