Abstract
In this study, we propose an uplink coordinated multi point reception scheme for LTE based mobile networks. Within our design, we aim to jointly estimate the channels of cell-edge users which are served by different base stations. By this way, we observe that bit-error-rate (BER) performance of the receiver can be improved significantly. In addition, proposed scheme does not require user equipments (UEs) to support any sofisticated features, and computational complexity of the scheme seems to be fair. Thereupon, we believe that corresponding method is a promising solution for real-time networks.
