On the basis of the literature reference, the questionnaire for the design of safe risk indicators for aviation maintenance was designed, and the risk indicators were determined through two rounds of iterative screening, including 6 primary indexes and 15 secondary indicators. Using AHP, fuzzy theory and grey theory, the paper constructs a grey fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model.
