These ECG parameters help in guiding the clinicians to diagnose accurately. In this paper, we have reviewed different abnormalities of $\\boldsymbol{P}, \\boldsymbol{Q}\\boldsymbol{R}\\boldsymbol{S}\\& \\boldsymbol{T}$ wave and cardiac rhythm. Abstract
