To reduce employee stress, supportive supervision is used. South Tangerang's Health Social Security Implementing Agency provides emotional, instrumental, appreciating, informational, social integration, and spiritual support. Role play, sharing sessions, and strong work connections enhance supportive supervision in enhancing employee stress management.
