Taking the students majoring in food quality and safety of grade 2018as the control group, the traditional teaching method is adopted, and the students of grade 2020 as the experimental group, the micro teaching assistant teaching mode is adopted. The same teacher in the control group and the experimental group completed the course teaching, test paper proposition and review, and completed the quantitative and qualitative analysis of students' final grades based on SPSS. The analysis results show that there is no significant difference in the overall mean value of students' scores between micro assistant teaching and traditional teaching, but the proportion of students' scores in 70-80 segments is greatly improved compared with the traditional teaching mode, and the passing rate is high.
