The population of this research was conducted at the students of SMP BP Al-Munawaroh, and the samples were 35 students of Eight Grade of SMP BP AlMunawaroh selected purposively sampling. The data were collected by using test, questionnaire and observation. The data from the test and questionnaire were analyzed quantitatively while the data from the observation were analyzed qualitatively. The result of the analyzes show that EGRA Method gives higher improvement on students’ English Grammar. The mean score of in pretest 40,78 (poor) to to 61,89 (good) in post-test. The finding from questionnaire verifies that the highest rank of the mean score is 43,71% agreed students; 22,29% strongly agreed students; 14,86% of neutral answer and 17,43% of disagreed students and 1,71% students answer the strongly disagree statement. EGRA Method is responded positively by the English grammar and the application is preferable. 本研究旨在探讨EGRA (Exposure, Generalization, Reinforcement, Application)教学法是否能提高学生的英语语法学习成绩和兴趣。这项研究于2018/2019学年5月在SMP BP Al-Munawaroh完成。本研究的人口是在SMP BP Al-Munawaroh的学生中进行的,样本是SMP BP AlMunawaroh八年级的35名学生。采用测试法、问卷调查法和观察法收集资料。对试验和问卷数据进行定量分析,对观察数据进行定性分析。分析结果表明,EGRA方法对学生的英语语法有较高的提高。前测平均分40分,后测平均分78分(差)至61,89分(好)。问卷调查结果证实,平均成绩最高排名为43.71%的学生同意;22.29%的学生强烈同意;14.86%的学生回答“中立”,17.43%的学生回答“不同意”,1.71%的学生回答“非常不同意”。英语语法对EGRA法反应积极,应用效果较好。关键词:EGRA方法(曝光、泛化、强化、应用),英语语法
