the relevance of the research topic is due to the lag in the development of the market of scientific and technical products, which does not allow to fully benefit from scientific achievements, as a result of which most promising scientific developments are not in demand. The study also identified the essence of economic category of "intellectual capital" in a modern market economy; the role of intellectual capital as bases of forming of market of scientific and technical progress; the factors influencing the process of reproduction of the intellectual capital; 24 the peculiarities of reproduction of the intellectual product in the organizations of agricultural sci-ence with the use of accumulated intellectual capital.
