The result of this study is expected to help the company to develop employees' production expertise and reduce production defect rate. The e-learning development was divided into two parts. The first part is the knowledge conversion process based on the SECI model. The second part is the e-learning development process based on the waterfall method and the KM Cycle framework. Abstract

Massive development of information technology and internet access have driven major changes in people's behavior in certain activities. In the education sector, e-learning becomes a new trend in educational technology. A company of aerospace tried to implement e-learning as a breakthrough project to boost knowledge sharing among its employees.
