Abstract

The paper presents a simplest mathematical model of anti-tumor therapy based on dendritic cells. The model describes the stages of developing immune response to dendritic cell vaccine. The model was developed in MatLab-Simulink to conduct a computing experiment (in silico). Effective regimens of dendritic cells vaccine therapy that produce complete elimination of the tumor cells are defined.
