Abstract

The epidemic causedsevere acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) infection has seriously compromised the security of human life as well as resulted in huge economic damages Currently, it has yet to be determined that who are the intermediate animals of SARS-CoV-2 transmission during the transition its origin to the human infection Into prevent and control infectious diseases, the effective measures are identifying the animals serving as the source and intermediate hosts and interrupting the transmission pathways They are thus highly significant in the prevention of epidemic recurrence and the protection of public health security in society This article summarizes the latest developments in the research on transmission hosts of SARS-CoV-2, and makes the inference of potentially-multiple transmission hosts based on the facts current epidemic Therefore, it is vital to strengthen the construction of the integrated prevention-and-control system (with human and veterinary medicines) using the innovative One Health approach during the current epidemic prevention and control stage, as well as emerging epidemic in the future (English) [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] 由新型冠状病毒SARS-CoV-2(severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2)感染引起的疫情严重危害人类的生命安全,给社会造成巨大经济损失。 (Chinese) [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] Copyright of Journal of Shanghai Jiaotong University (Medical Science) is the property of Journal of Shanghai Jiaotong University (Medical Science) and its content may not be copied or emailed to multiple sites or posted to a listserv without the copyright holder's express written permission However, users may print, download, or email articles for individual use This abstract may be abridged No warranty is given about the accuracy of the copy Users should refer to the original published version of the material for the full abstract (Copyright applies to all Abstracts )
