Abstract
: Guangxi is not only located in the frontier of China, but also a region with many ethnic minorities. With the acceleration of urbanization in China, young people in border ethnic areas are moving to cities at an accelerated pace. The loss of population, coupled with the already backward education in ethnic areas, has led to the problem of “hollowing out” of local basic education, and the inheritance of ethnic culture has also fallen into the predicament of no successors. According to the survey, with the accelerated process of urbanization, Banjia Village in Daxin County has experienced a sharp decline in the school-age population, shrinking schools, a shortage of teachers, and no inheritance of national culture. Combined with the era background of rural revitalization, it is believed that the development of rural basic education in border ethnic areas needs to strengthen the training of local teachers, reasonably integrate educational resources, encourage retired teachers to support education, implement the system of shifting posts into villages, implement the activities of ethnic culture into the campus, and introduce capital to stimulate the economy.
