Abstract

The investigation results on the design of branch-line coupler have been presented. The coupler is designed as a differential circuit with the use of two-conductor substrate-integrated transmission-line technique. The four-branch topology has been employed in order to enhance the operational bandwidth, whereas the impedances of the transmission lines have been optimized to allow for their physical realization.
