Postgraduate education of ophthalmologists on the basis of the state autonomous health institution "Republican Clinical Ophthalmological Hospital of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan named after Professor Emilian Valentyevich Adamyuk"

Abstract

The State Autonomous Healthcare Institution "Republican Clinical Ophthalmological Hospital of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan named after Professor Emilian Valentyevich Adamyuk" (hereinafter - RKOB) is a training base for postgraduate training and advanced training of specialists in the field of "Ophthalmology". The study of the specifics of the organization of additional professional training for specialists in the field of "Ophthalmology" at the RSCS became possible after obtaining a license to conduct educational activities in 2019. Educational activities in the RCCH are carried out not only in the form of organizing thematic advanced training courses for ophthalmologists, but also in organizing educational events, each of which is accredited in the CME system. The formation on the basis of the RKOB of a modern educational area of ​​activity with a highly qualified teaching staff and an educational and clinical complex ensures high-quality training of students in advanced training cycles in the system of additional professional education, which is confirmed by the results of final certification and positive feedback from students and employers.
