Abstract
In order to study the influencing factors of different accident injury degree at the intersections of national and provincial roads, the random forest model is used to predict the accident injury degree at intersections of national and provincial roads, and the model fusion method is used to improve its accuracy. The results show that the main factors affecting fatal accidents are accident form (pedestrian scratch), cause of accident (failing to give way and speeding), time period (early morning and evening), vehicle type (car and heavy truck), traffic control mode (no control, only signs and markings). On this basis, the improvement suggestions are put forward according to the factors affecting the accident. The research conclusions can provide decision-making reference for the accident prevention of national and provincial road intersections.
