These texts are primarily the price lists of goods, kept in the resources of the Jagiellonian Library, the Museum of Cracow and the National Museum in Cracow. In the analysis of the collected materials, the Authors limit themselves to describing the regionally diverse culinary lexis (from the thematic field of sweets and desserts). They describe the lexical units that have been confirmed in the research as Cracow regionalisms (e.g. andruty ‘andruts’, makaroniki ‘macaroons’, precle ‘pretzels’).
