Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Total Quality Management (TQM) melalui motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan.   Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dimana kuesioner digunakan sebagai instrument pengumpulan data. Teknik analisis seperti uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji Heterokedastisitas serta uji regresi linear digunakan untuk mengolah data. Dengan menggunakan bantuan software SPSS, diperoleh hasil uji statistik yang menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif antara motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal tersebut ditunjukkan  dengan  nilai sig sebesar 0,00 < 0,05 dan nilai R sebesar 0,849. Sehingga dari hasil pengujian tersebut, perusahaan diharapkan dapat menciptakan, meningkatkan, bahkan mengembangkan  motivasi kerja para karyawan  dengan tujuan agar setiap karyawan dapat memberikan kinerja yang maksimal bagi perusahaan. \n                                                                                                                                                        \nKata Kunci: Kinerja, Motivasi, SPSS, Total Quality Management \n  \nABSTRACT \nCompetitiveness in the era of globalization requires companies to manage their resources in order to provide the best performance for the company. This study aims to determine the effect of Total Quality Management (TQM) through work motivation on employee performance. This study uses a quantitative approach, where a questionnaire is used as a data collection instrument. Analysis techniques such as validity and reliability tests, heteroscedasticity tests and linear regression tests were used to process the data. By using SPSS software, statistical test results were obtained which showed that there was a positive influence between motivation on employee performance. This is indicated by the sig value of 0.00 <0.05 and the R value of 0.849. Abstract

ABSTRAK Daya saing di era globalisasi menuntut perusahaan untuk mengelola sumber daya yang dimilikinya agar dapat memberikan kinerja terbaik untuk perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Total Quality Management (TQM) melalui motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan.   Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dimana kuesioner digunakan sebagai instrument pengumpulan data. Teknik analisis seperti uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji Heterokedastisitas serta uji regresi linear digunakan untuk mengolah data. Dengan menggunakan bantuan software SPSS, diperoleh hasil uji statistik yang menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif antara motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal tersebut ditunjukkan  dengan  nilai sig sebesar 0,00 < 0,05 dan nilai R sebesar 0,849.
