Abstract

In this paper, a low-voltage and high-current brushless DC motor controller is designed according to the requirements of low-voltage input and large-load output for the motor drive system of the aviation hydraulic electric pump. This paper focuses on the design method of a double closed-loop PI controller parameters, expounds a new bus bar inverter structure for high-current drives, in order to meet the requirements of long-term stable operation, a high-efficiency heat dissipation structure is designed to ensure the power MOS tube can also run stably for a long time under more severe working conditions.
