Abstract

In order to meet the demand for nursing care of the elderly, this paper introduces fall detection principle, overall composition, design scheme, main control circuit and the control program of a fall detection system based on ADXL345 sensor. The system selects MSP430F149 as the microprocessor to complete the signal analysis and processing functions, and judge whether the individual falls through the fall detection algorithm.
