I am very flattered to have been invited to deliver the keynote address for this meeting. I understand, by the way, that I was the second choice after Phil Jackson; I am not sure what to make of that fact, except that if any of you expect me to get you a reservation at Michael Jordan's restaurant tonight, you will be disappointed.
