The research data were collected using a questionnaire method, then analyzed using path analysis. Abstract

This study aims to obtain explanative findings that test the effect (1) work environment on employee performance indirectly through job satisfaction; (2) work environment on job satisfaction; (3) work environment on employee performance; and (4) job satisfaction on employee performance at Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Karangasem. The design used in this research is causal quantitative.
