Abstract

基于PLC的智能物流AGV控制系统研究
针对人力分拣系统中传统物流配送、海运和现代物流系统中车辆运输任务分配不合理的情况,本文进行了基于PLC的AGV控制系统的智能物流研究,采用PLC控制器作为智能小车(Automated Guided Vehicles, AGV)控制模块的西门子工业控制软件STEP7为平台,对系统的硬件设计和软件设计进行了研究。对于国内具有综合物流仓库的物流企业,车辆运输路径较为复杂,本文提出了一种基于弗洛伊德最短路径算法的系统优化方案。实验证明,管理者可以实时控制车辆,掌握车辆的必要信息和位置。改进的Floyd最短路径算法在该系统中的应用,提高了AGV路径规划的运行效率,缩短了任务时间。
