Abstract

This article presents the design of wideband filter design using Substrate Integrated Waveguide (SIW) technology for Millimeter (mm) wave applications. Coplanar Waveguide (CPW) is used as transmission path to connect the SIW. This design mainly concentrated on wide bandwidth and compact Size which is suitable for Millimeter wave applications like RADAR, 5G, etc. From 41.3GHz of bandwidth and Max resonance peak occurs around at 60GHz with reflection coefficient −64dB and insertion loss is −1dB.
