土木学会 2012年制定「コンクリート標準示方書［基本原則編］」について

Abstract

This “General Principles” part is a new edition in the Standard Specifications for Concrete Structures (here-in-after called “the Specifications”). At the beginning of each volume of the 2007 version of the Specifications, a section entitled “On the Application of the Specification” was provided to cover the basic concept regarding the organization of the Specifications including the roles and placement of engineers in charge, and the systems for ensuring reliability of concrete structures, among other things. The General Principles part further expands the concepts of this section of the 2007 version, and clearly sets the stance of the Specifications with regards to the “environment”, along with aiming to facilitate understanding of the basic principles and system presented throughout the Specifications.基本原則編は，2012年の示方書改訂において，新たな編として制定されたものである。2007年制定コンクリート標準示方書では各編の冒頭に「コンクリート標準示方書の適用について」を設け，コンクリート標準示方書の体系に関する基本的な考え方，責任技術者の役割と配置および信頼性確保のための仕組みなどを示した。基本原則編は，この部分をさらに拡充させ，コンクリート標準示方書全体を通じての基本理念や体系に対する理解を容易とすることを目的とするとともに，「環境」に対するコンクリート標準示方書の役割を含めることで，コンクリート標準示方書の持続可能な社会の発展に貢献する姿勢を明確に表したものとなっている。
